La translittération ci-dessous est faite d’après celle de A. Sachs ( 'Babylonian Mathematical Texts 1.' JCS 1, 1947, p. 219-240) et la copie de E. Robson ('Mathematical cuneiform tablets in Philadelphia. Part 1 : problems and calculations.' SCIAMVS 1, 2000, p. 23). Quelques erreurs du scribe, signalées par un point d'exclamation, sont commentées ci-dessous. La translittération respecte autant que possible la disposition originale sur la tablette, y compris l’agencement des colonnes (remarquer que les colonnes de la face se succèdent de gauche à droite, tandis que celles du revers se succèdent de droite à gauche). Les styles de polices sont ajoutés pour mettre en valeur le résultat partiel de l’inversion (souligné), et le diviseur du nombre à factoriser (en gras).

Erreurs

#19 : lire 19 au lieu de 18.

*Remarque

#13 à #21 : le diviseur est 3.45 (d’inverse 16) et non le nombre formé par les deux derniers chiffres ; en effet, celui-ci (8.45) est non inversible.
